Stir-Fry Seafood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. frozen lobster or crab
    1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat seafood in oil in skillet or wok.
    Add frozen vegetables. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until done.
    Add seasoning; stir well.
