Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except parsley.
    Line mold or bowl with Saran Wrap (to make unmolding easier).
    Pack salmon mixture into mold.
    Put in refrigerator overnight; unmold.
    Cover outside with chopped parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
