Hot Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can Hormel chili (without beans)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain and mix all ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm with large tortilla chips.
