Corned Beef Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs together.
    Add milk and salt.
    Tear corned beef into small pieces.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir in cheese, green pepper and onion.
    Pour into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch glass baking dish.
    Set oven to 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
