Christmas Morning Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant grits
    2 lb. sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 eggs
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Set aside.
    Grate cheese and set aside.
    Mix your eggs, grits, sausage and cheese.
    Reserve some cheese for top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve Christmas morning with biscuits.
