Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion or 1/2 c.
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flat noodles
    snipped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion in butter until onions are tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
    Heat through and serve over noodles.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
