Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cut into shoestring pieces, rolled in flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. can mushrooms with liquid
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef strips in butter.
    Remove from skillet. Drain mushrooms (reserving liquid) and saute in drippings in skillet. Remove.
    Stir 3 tablespoons flour into drippings in skillet and add soup mix.
    Gradually add water and mushroom liquid, blending well.
    Stir until thickened.
    Return meat and mushrooms to pan. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream and serve over cooked egg noodles.
