Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Squeeze to remove moisture.
    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Form into 3/4-inch balls.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 10 dozen balls.
