Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
speck of pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt the butter in a double boiler.
Stir in flour, pepper, salt and cheese, then stir until thoroughly blended and smooth. Add the milk gradually while stirring and cook over boiling water until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Makes one cup sauce.
