Cream Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. half and half
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 3/4 c. presifted flour
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cream and half and half.
    Stir in baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Roll out, cut and fry in 365\u00b0 fat.
