Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides and place around sides of baking dish. Add rice to center of dish.
Place remaining ingredients in pan.
Stir to combine well. Pour over chops and rice.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
