Golombki(Cabbage Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. bacon
    5 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp and remove from grease.
    Add onion to grease and cook until tender.
    Add bacon (crumbled) back to grease and onion mixture.
    Bring to high heat and pour over raw ground beef; mix together.
    Cook rice, drain and add to ground beef mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
