Terlingua Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarse lean ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    3 cans water
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions in small amount of oil in heavy pan until transparent.
    Add meat and cook until brown, approximately 5 minutes).
    Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
