    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cut corn
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
