Sweet Potato Casserole(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

6 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 6 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water with skins on for 45 minutes or until tender.
When cool to touch, peel and mash. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, pecans, flour and 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle mixture over casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
