Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 to 1/2 c. crumbled round crackers (Ritz)
    5 Tbsp. barbecue sauce or catsup
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 20 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
