Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar together until very smooth.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir this into egg mixture.
    Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
    Bake in a greased pie pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
