Good Luck Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cans black-eyed peas
Preparation

Fry bacon until slightly brown; add onions.
Saute for about 15 minutes or until glazed; add bell pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes. Pour in peas.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
