Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

1 lb. beef (1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, minced
10 oz. beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. dairy sour cream
3 to 4 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation

Cut meat strips about 1-inch long.
Melt butter.
Add mushrooms and onion; cook until tender.
Remove, then cook meat until light brown.
Reserving 1/3 cup of the broth, stir into remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend reserved broth and flour; stir into meat mixture. Add mushrooms and onion; boil and stir about 1 minute.
Reduce heat.
Stir in sour cream; heat.
Serve over noodles.
