Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (5 to 6 lb.)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. thin spaghetti (uncooked)
    3 slices bacon
    1 onion
    4 oz. pimientos
    1 large green pepper
    1 lb. yellow cheese, grated
    large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove skin and bones.
    Cook spaghetti in broth.
    Brown bacon; add onion, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender.
    Combine all, plus cheese and pimientos.
    Season to taste and add broth to moisten well.
    Top with more grated cheese.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    (Makes a 3-quart casserole.)
