Sweet And Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/3 c. ReaLemon
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed firm
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced chestnuts
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine pineapple juice, water, ReaLemon, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger.
    Cook over medium-low heat until thickened.
    Add shrimp and cook until pink.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice.
    Heat through.
    Serve on rice. Refrigerate leftovers.
