Sauerkraut Salad(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, washed and dried
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green peppers, diced
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Cut sauerkraut into short strands; mix in remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
