Peach Preserve Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. peach preserves
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Place oil in mixer bowl.
    Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in peach preserves and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
