Cedric'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Add beef, salt and pepper to onion and brown lightly.
    Spread 3 cups of cabbage in a casserole dish.
    Spread the beef mixture over the cabbage, then add remaining 3 cups of cabbage.
    Pour over the mixture the can of tomato soup.
    Do not dilute soup.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
