Strawberry Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add strawberries, stirring until separated and thawed.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into mold; chill until set.
    Mix sour cream and pecans; spread over strawberry layer.
    Add remaining strawberry mixture; chill until firm.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
