Chicken Or Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken or veal, sliced thin
    1 egg
    breadcrumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese, sliced (8 to 12 oz.)
    olive oil
    homemade sauce
Preparation
    Pound meat until it is very thin.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese.
    Dip meat into egg, then into breadcrumb mixture.
    Heat oil; brown meat in frypan.
    Put some sauce in a casserole dish; arrange meat on it.
    Arrange sliced Mozzarella on meat and cover with sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake chicken/veal 3/4 hour at 350\u00b0, covered; uncover last 15 minutes.
