Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can salmon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Combine all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
    Chill well, rolled in wax paper.
    When thoroughly chilled, serve with crackers.
