Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    6 to 8 slices American cheese
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 or 1 1/2 cans crescent rolls (8 and 4 count)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine soups and milk.
    Stir.
    Tear up cheese; add.
    Stir until melted.
