Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover meat (chicken, turkey or beef)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dehydrated vegetable flakes
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Put 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan with flour; add onions, stirring until light brown.
Add milk and stir until thick.
Add meat, salt and vegetable seasoning.
Cut meat into small chunks; add to white sauce and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust and top with small biscuits.
Makes one 10-inch pie.
Makes 8 servings.
