Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can (12) refrigerator biscuits
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion. Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Press biscuit dough into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan to form crust. Spread meat over top.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
