Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 lb. ground pork
    2 doz. oysters, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. oyster liquid
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped shallot tops
Preparation
    Combine salt and pepper, reserving 1 teaspoon for the stuffing.
    Season fryers well, rubbing inside and out, then rub the outside with oleo.
