Grandma Cunningham'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. melted butter or oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk to egg mixture.
    Add the butter and bake in 8 to 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
