Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add grated carrots and oil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
