9-Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 cube margarine
    3 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 c. dry milk powder
    3 c. white flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. 9-Grain cereal (uncooked)
Preparation
    Combine in 4-cup measuring cup the 2 cups water, molasses and margarine.
    Heat in microwave until margarine is melted; stir. Combine in large bowl the yeast, dry milk powder, flours and cereal.
    Stir to blend.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in lightly oiled large bowl and cover with towel or plastic wrap.
    Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and knead.
    Shape into loaves and place in lightly oiled (or spray with Pam) bread pans.
    Let rise again until doubled in bulk.
    Place loaves in oven.
    Turn on oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes depending on your oven and \"doneness\" taste.
