Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. regular uncooked oats
    1 c. flake coconut
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle on pan. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until brown (you may toast this in a regular oven). Add raisins. Mix well and spread on paper towels to cool. Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
