Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon with juice (some folks include the bones)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk with 2/3 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix salmon, seasonings and eggs.
    Add milk and flour sifted with soda; mix well.
    Drop batter from spoon into hot vegetable or olive oil.
    Fry until brown, turning once.
    Serves 4 or 5.
