Guacamole Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small tomato, seeded and diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 ripe avocado
    3 cherry tomatoes
    2 oz. Brie cheese
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    24 tart shells
    fresh parsley sprig for garnish
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine tomato, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
    Dice avocado and add to mixture, mashing until spreadable.
