Egg Nog From Camille Lane May - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. hot milk
    4 c. whipping cream
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. whiskey
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Add hot milk.
    Let thicken.
    Beat egg yolks and sugar gradually, then add whiskey.
    Combine with gelatin mixture and let thicken.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and then whipped cream.
