Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tart apples
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel and core apples.
    Cut each apple in 8 parts.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Add oil and milk; whip with a fork.
    Pat out to cover bottom of pan and push dough up along sides about 1-inch.
    Arrange apples over pastry and sprinkle streusel over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
