Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. smoked sausage, chopped or thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
seasonings to taste: garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, liquid crab boil
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper.
Add sausage and rice, stirring constantly.
Combine Ro-Tel and water to make 3 cups liquid.
Add this liquid along with soup, gravy mix and seasonings to the sausage and rice mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat.
Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
