Shoo-Fly Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. Crisco (shortening)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. molasses (turkey brand is best)
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, margarine and Crisco; save 1 cup for top of cakes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crumbs; beat until smooth.
    Fill each tin 3/4 full and sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Place tins on top rack of oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 30 cupcakes.
