Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. frozen pea pods (snow peas)
1 medium pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shrimp
Preparation

Saute green pepper, onion and celery in olive oil until tender.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper and water; cook for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and sugar; add enough water to make a smooth paste and stir into tomato mixture.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Add shrimp and pea pods.
Cook until pea pods are tender and shrimp are cooked.
Serve over cooked rice.
