Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced or ringed
1 large white onion, sliced
2 cans beef bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place uncooked rice in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Salt and pepper chops, then brown in skillet.
Arrange browned chops, overlapping, on top of rice.
Place a slice of onion, tomato and pepper ring on top of each chop.
Pour bouillon over this.
Cover securely with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
