Avocado Chicken Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, chopped chicken or 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk style chicken, drained and finely chopped
1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 or 2 Tbsp. seeded and chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. whole oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine chicken, avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers and garlic.
Stir remaining ingredients until well blended.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Makes 2 3/4 cups dip.
