Jessie Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or shortening
    2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 level Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream butter with cocoa and blend in other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
