Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans red salon
    1 small onion, diced
    1/3 c. dried mixed vegetables
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except flour and cooking oil.
    Mix real good.
    Add flour and mix until all flour is mixed in good.
    Make into patties and fry about 2 minutes on each side.
