English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans English peas, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 pieces celery, chopped fine
    1 stick butter
    1 can pimento, chopped fine
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces), chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute onion,
    pepper
    and
    celery in 1 stick of butter. Mix mushroom soup
    and\t1
    cup\tpea
    juice.
    Add
    pimento
    and mushrooms.\tCombine
    all ingredients in a long casserole dish. Top with bread\tcrumbs\tand dot with butter.
    Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
