Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 beaten eggs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated lemon rind
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients as for pie dough.
Pat into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Next, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients in order listed.
Pour over baked crust and return to oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool.
Frost with a thin glazed icing and cut into squares.
