No Bake Fruit Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit bits
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. softened butter or oleo
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. corn syrup
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl and let stand 1 hour. In medium bowl, beat butter and corn syrup until well blended. Gradually beat in crumbs; add fruit mixture and mix well.
Shape in 3/4 inch balls, wetting hands if mixture becomes dry.
Roll balls in sugar.
Store in airtight container up to 1 month.
Allow at least a week for flavors to mellow.
