Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
3 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown ground beef, onions and peppers. Add taco seasoning.
Spread meat mixture in pan.
Sprinkle in olives and cheese.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick with electric mixer until smooth (1 minute).
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and knife comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
